Business Update

Dear Clients,

We are pleased to announce that Ramsgate Veterinary Clinic will soon be resuming normal operations. Beginning Monday, May 17th, clients will be allowed to enter the building and be in the exam room with their pets.

​​​​​​​Access to the building/exam rooms will be allowed under the following conditions:

• Please continue to text/call (254) 848-4083 to check-in. When it is your turn to come inside for your appointment our technician team will notify you.

• Up to two (2) adult individuals will be allowed inside the building and exam rooms with their pet(s). If your party is larger than 2 individuals, we request the extra adult individuals remain in your vehicle. Exceptions to the limit will be considered for small children who require adult supervision.

• If your pet requires a longer stay for diagnostic tests or treatments to be performed, you may be asked to wait in your car or to leave your pet and return to pick-up at a later time. This will help to minimize crowding in our waiting/check-in areas.

• Owners dropping off/picking up for boarding or stopping in for medication/food refills ONLY are asked to stay in their car and call/text us at (254) 848-4083 to check-in. Our reception team will get your pet checked in/out of boarding or get your needed medication/food refills. This will help minimize crowding in our check-in/out areas.

IMPORTANT: If you are feeling ill, have symptoms consistent with COVID-19, someone in your household has COVID-19, or you are caring for someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, we ask that you PLEASE reschedule your appointment to a safer date based on current CDC guidelines.
